We chose this topic because both Hannah and I are Passionate about the importance of physical exercise and staying healthy. This is because staying fit and Healthy is an important part of our lives as getting into these habits early sets you up for the rest of your life.
For this intervention to work I need to know how to plan an weekly health intervention program that is easy to be followed by the Client. I will also need to have an understanding of what physical exercise is best for a 70 year old man.
To make this intervention safe, meaningful and possible we will need to use research that will help us get an understanding of what physical exercise does to you and how to use it effectively. We can make this intervention safe by knowing correct and incorrect things to do with physical health and exercise. To make this health intervention meaningful we will make sure that our client is confutable with any exercises and activities that are set for him. This will make Dennis want to do the intervention as it will mean that it can help to stay under the weight of 80 kilograms. This intervention can be made possible through the use of research take will tell us how physical exercise and activities can have an impact on a 70 year old mans life.
The resources that we need will include of websites, articles and video’s. This will be needed as it will help us to get an understanding of what physical activity you can do to a mans health over 70 years of age.
At this point in time I am feeling pretty confident that this project will help to change Dennis’s life by increasing his physical health through various exercises and activities.
This health intervention will take place in week one to six of term 2. For this intervention the get started we now need to implant a six week intervention. My key responsibilities from here and on the day is to create the health intervention and show our client how to do each of the exercises.
