In order to identify our challenge, we need to get an understanding of ‘How to change a life?’ This will be discovered through the assessment task of developing and implementing a six-week lifestyle intervention program to a client. For me, I am interested in the lifestyle of weight loss and eating healthy in order to maintain a healthy lifestyle.

Research shows that if you eat the right food and are staying fit, your body will be strong, help you to cope with stress, as well as fighting off illnesses. For teenagers it is important for you to eat well and exercise often as it will help you to stay in good health later in life. According to the ‘Importance of Good Nutrition,’ “Good nutrition is an important part of leading a healthy lifestyle. Combined with physical activity, your diet can help you to reach and maintain a healthy weight, reduce your risk of chronic diseases and promote your overall health.”
